Have you ever had one of those days where you have a nagging headache, or do you get nagging headaches? I do. When I get them, finding relief is important, and although there are many remedies available (OTC; full of synthetic ingredients), the power of nature can provide relief as well. Sure, it’s easy to just open a bottle of pills and pop them in your mouth and go, but is it really the healthiest solution or the only solution? Have you ever wondered what those pills might be doing to your liver? I like to find natural ways, using natural ingredients (that my entire body benefits from) if I can, maybe you do too.
If you don’t mind, I would like to share a recipe with you that I use. The recipe calls for fresh ingredients, but if it’s ingredients that aren’t used every day, those fresh ingredients are hard to keep around. It’s great if you have them when you need them, but I usually use my trusty bottles of herbs and vitamins because they are shelf stable and easy to use (just as easy as opening a bottle of OTC pills). It also calls for raw honey, which I keep on hand all the time.
Add honey to taste (rich in magnesium & potassium to relax arteries)
Pour 1 cup hot water over herbs, steep 15-20 minutes, strain and add the honey. That’s it. The power of nature is amazing. Thank you for letting me share with you today.
